Based in the heart of Downtown Everett, Daniel Ehrlich is a seasoned trial attorney and a native of Snohomish County. With a specialization in criminal defense and family law, Daniel’s legal journey began with earning his J.D. from the University of California at Davis in 2006, and in 2009, he established his own practice. His deep community ties and extensive experience have allowed him to represent clients across Snohomish, King, and Skagit counties, handling cases ranging from divorce and child custody to serious criminal charges.

Earning his J.D. from the University of California at Davis in 2006, he opened his own practice in 2009. As a Snohomish County native, Daniel Ehrlich has extensive experience in litigation and trial practice. A graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Avery was honored with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Mary H. Wechsler scholarship for her work in family law and social justice. Previously, Avery worked in civil legal aid with the Swinomish Tribe and gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk at Tulalip Tribal Court.
